The national standard GB-6892-2008 has been implemented since 2008.
It is formulated on the basis of GB/T 8013-2007, JLS H8602-1992 and
AAMA 612-02. The standard is divided into three categories:
ordinary, high-precision, and ultra-high-precision.
The range includes dimensional tolerances, twist, bend, flatness,
and more. Different content ranges have different standards.
Surface inspection standard assembly line industrial aluminum
profile surface standard generally requires the profile surface to
be smooth and free of burrs, scratches, spots, and color
differences. Common surface inspection standards include the
following: 1) The diameter of sand holes or air bubbles on the
profile surface is less than 0.3mm, the depth is less than 0.1mm,
and no more than 4 sand holes or air bubbles are allowed between 25
square centimeters.
2) If there are more than 4 pieces in 25 square centimeters, it is
not qualified.
3) The scratch on the surface of the profile is less than or equal
to 40mm, the depth is less than 0.1mm, and the width is less than
0.1mm. No more than 3 scratches per meter.
4) All kinds of defects do not exceed 5% of the surface defects of
the profiles
5) And the surface of the industrial aluminum profile of the
assembly line is strictly prohibited from cracks, non-metallic
pressed items, deformation, etc. Because any point will affect the
overall surface aesthetics and the physical properties of the
profile.
