production.

There are three ways to customize aluminum profiles, one by one:
First, determine the drawings
Drawings are a prerequisite for customizing aluminum profiles.
Without drawings, customization is impossible, or customers can
provide samples to manufacturers, and manufacturers will quote
prices based on drawings, or draw drawings for customers to
confirm.
2. Mold trial production
After the trial production of the mold, the sample will be sent to
the customer first. After the customer signs the sample back, the
manufacturer can produce the bulk product. Extrusion production
also needs artificial aging treatment.
3. Aluminum profile processing
After customizing the aluminum profile, it is necessary to carry
out post-process processing, roughly after CNC machining, and then
send it for surface oxidation treatment.
Taking 5000 products of 300KG as an example, after the whole
process, it takes 7 days for the mold, 1 day for the mold trial, 1
day for extruding the profile, and 5~7 days for machining and
surface oxidation. Basically, large goods can be shipped in about
half a month.
