Advantage
1. Conductivity
Aluminum profiles are often chosen because of their excellent
electrical conductivity. At the same weight, the conductivity of
aluminum is nearly twice that of copper.
2. Thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is about 50-60% of
copper, which is very beneficial for the manufacture of heat
exchangers, evaporators, heating appliances, cooking utensils, and
automobile cylinder heads and radiators.
3. Non-ferromagnetic
Aluminum profiles are non-ferromagnetic, which is an important
property for the electrical and electronic industries.
4. Formability
The specific tensile strength, yield strength, ductility and
corresponding work hardening rate govern the variation in allowable
deformation. Various investigations have shown that commercially
available aluminum profiles are rated for formability in different
forms depending on the forming process.
Application
On the surface of the extruded aluminum profile along the extrusion
direction, there are local continuous undulations, like water
waves, usually called waves; generally easy to occur in thin-walled
and wide-faced aluminum profiles or strips; the main reason is that
extruded profiles are from Uneven temperature distribution or
uneven cooling rate when the mold flows out; it may also be that
the extruder runs erratically, resulting in a large jitter, causing
the profile to flow through the mold cavity unbalanced; or the mold
design is unreasonable, and the working belt design has problems
Make the profile flow unevenly and cause the profile to generate
waves;
Precaution:
1) Repair the extruder to make it work smoothly without shaking,
and adjust the center of the extruder, the extrusion cylinder and
the die to make the concentricity of the three meet the specified
requirements;
2) Correct the length of the mold sizing belt to ensure the
aluminum profile flows evenly;
3) Appropriately reduce the extrusion temperature and extrusion
speed;

Q: What about the delivery time?
A: Average 12 working days, 7 days for mold opening, 10 days for
mass production.
Q: How do you ship your goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Usually it takes 3-5
days to arrive. Air and sea shipping are also optional.
Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of
the powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can
provide color samples. Our usual powder coating thickness is
60-80um.
